The Bermuda Village Life Fit Department offers many ways to obtain a healthy and safe level of fitness. There is a program for everyone's interests and best-health plan. Bermuda Village offers:

  • Heated Indoor Pool
  • Hot Tub
  • Sauna
  • Weight Room
  • Recumbent bicycles, treadmills, Nu-step, Keiser and Reebok equipment, Free Weights, Dyna-bands, and more.
  • Wii games
  • Exercise classes include water and land-based cardio training, strength training, seated aerobics and yoga, Pilates, and balance classes.
  • Tournaments include indoor putting, ping-pong, billiards, shuffleboard, croquet and golf.
  • Lectures, workshops and health screenings.

At Bermuda Village, you choose how to stay healthy with advice and assistance from our Life Fit Staff.

Bermuda Village's own Life Fit trainers help our resident members stay healthy and fit. The comprehensive fitness center program includes personalized assessments, group and individual exercise programs and workshops to stay current on the latest health news. Personal training offers our residents the chance to set and master customized fitness goals.

The Life Fit Staff

The goal of the Life Fit staff is to help you formulate and reach your fitness goals no matter where you are starting from physically. Water classes, strength training and cardio workouts are designed for every fitness level. Monthly tournaments provide an opportunity for friendly competition.

Workshops include health-related lectures, meditation and relaxation, and health screenings.
